Promega has executed a Settlement, Covenant and License Agreement with Genetic Technologies Limited (GTG), which has a principal place of business in Fitzroy, Victoria, Australia.

Under this agreement, Promega and its customers have obtained broad rights in relation to GTG’s Intron Sequence Analysis and Genomic Mapping patents.  These rights extend to both past and future sales of products to Promega’s customers throughout the world.
